training like shit sia....
Training Includes:
>>40 Push Ups
>>40 Sit Ups
>>4.8km run
>>Soccer!?
>>More.. but cant remember!XD

They have a COLOURS PARADE to start the training..
Ending follows with a ending ceremony...
all i nid to do is to stand there like a wooden puppet there
HO ADJUSTMENTS!!! no scratching backs,noadjusting specs....
